General Information
Our ticketing approach for the 2011 National Folk Festival is that we have kept prices right down for Early Bird 1 - commencing September 1 2010. When this limited batch of Season & Season/Camping tickets (based on 2010 Early Bird sales) are gone, it moves to the next lower priced bracket Early Bird 2 - either as soon as the Early Bird 1 batch is sold or on 1st December - whichever is the sooner - so get in there quickly to secure your tickets at the best rate!
We have maintained a family-friendly policy for the 2011 festival by applying no increase whatsoever to Youth and Child tickets.
Early Bird 2 prices commence on 1 December - and moves to Gate prices either as soon as Early Bird 2 batch is sold or 1st March - whichever is sooner.
Day Tickets will only be available for purchase from Early Bird 2 - on 1st December onwards.

Camping Upgrades
Season ticket holders who wish to upgrade their ticket to season + Camping may do so for $120 at any time prior to the event by calling the event shop ticketing info line.
Ticket Delivery
The Festival is operating a ticketing system which utilises wristbands with bar codes and pdf tickets.
All Early Bird Ticket buyers will receive their wristbands in the post. Make sure you keep these wristbands safe and remember to bring them to the Festival at Easter or you will not be able to get in.
When Tickets are purchased at the Gate a wristband will be provided for all Season, Day and Evening ticket purchases.
Tent City Accommodation
Tent City Accommodation is only available for Season Tickets purchasers with Camping. One Tent sleeps two (very comfy and convenient!) and tents are available for the nights of 21 April to 25 April.

Camping for Young People
Camping for people aged under 18 will only be sold in conjunction with camping to a responsible adult.
Contact details for the responsible adult will be taken by the Ticket Office.

Credit Card Transaction Fee - $2.20
(per transaction, regardless of number of tickets purchased in transaction. Please note, we only accept payment via Visa or Mastercard)
Booking Fee - $2.20
(per ticket - eg. if you purchase 3 tickets you will be charged an additional $6.60. This includes vehicle passes)
Postage - $6.60 for Express Post
